If you decide to move forward, we’ll meet for a Home Prep & Pricing Session. I’ll walk through your home (in person or virtually) and create a clear plan based on:
What updates are worth doing (and what’s not worth it)
How to price your home to attract the right buyers
When to list, and what timeline works best for you

Once you’re ready, I handle all the listing details — including:
