Step 2: Strategy Session + Home Evaluation

If you decide to move forward, we’ll meet for a Home Prep & Pricing Session. I’ll walk through your home (in person or virtually) and create a clear plan based on:

  • What updates are worth doing (and what’s not worth it)

  • How to price your home to attract the right buyers

  • When to list, and what timeline works best for you

I’ll also run a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) — so you can see exactly how your home compares to similar properties in West Windsor, Plainsboro, Cranbury, Princeton, Robbinsville, and beyond.


Step 3: Professional Marketing & Listing Prep

Once you’re ready, I handle all the listing details — including:

  • Professional photography

  • Compelling listing description

  • Targeted online exposure (Zillow, Realtor.com, social media, etc.)

  • Agent-to-agent outreach and buyer matchmaking

You’ll never wonder “what’s next?” — I guide you through every step, always with your goals in mind.


Step 4: Showings, Feedback, and Updates

When your home is on the market, I:

  • Coordinate all showings and buyer questions

  • Collect and share real-time feedback

  • Keep you informed with weekly updates and advice

Step 5: Offers & Negotiation

When offers come in, I:

  • Review every detail with you (not just price — also terms, timeline, risks)

  • Help you compare and choose strategically
